YouTubeVass are pleased to introduce the new Team Vass 230 series Waterproof UNLINED Smock. It’s lightweight, extremely waterproof, flexible and extremely quick drying. Designed to be very compact when stowed away and ready for when the weather turns wet and windy.
Features Include:
- Waterproof to Min 20,000mm on the Hydrostatic Head & furthermore doesn’t rely on Water Resistant finishes which fade after washing thanks to its ‘Vass Permanent Waterproof Fabric Coating Technology’.
- Waterproof, Windproof & RDT (Rapid Dissipate Technology to help dissipate internal body moisture)
- Quick drying! The Vass-Tex 230 outer doesn’t hold water during prolonged wet conditions, so remains lightweight. Water simply runs off!
- NO Reproofing required to retain its waterproof performance
- NO Chemical PTFE Repellent Finish used in this garment. Therefore, NO PTFE chemical leakage into the environments/water. Better for the environment!
- Lightweight & Flexible
- Vass-Tex 230 material is resistant to SALT WATER corrosion/deterioration
- Easy wipe clean material surface
- Welded seams for Extra Strength, Waterproofness and highest reliability

Smock (UnLined) – Grey/Black Edition features include:
- Storm Hood with elastic cord & toggle stop adjustment. Extra adjustment flap added to the rear of the hood to adjust peak position.
- Neoprene cuffs with adjustment Strap
- Two front external hand Pockets
- Large front pouch pocket with fold over funnel storm flap
- YKK ¾ Zipped front with storm flap & additional upper chest panel for extra protection against wind and rain.
- Lower hem draw-cord with toggle stop adjustment on left & right of garment
- Reflective Arm and Shoulder logos for improved visibility safety when fishing at night.
- Extended lower back design for water runoff.
- This garment is Unlined so compact when stowed away (ideal for those trips away were packing light is a must)!

These garments are designed to be a compact, lightweight and flexible waterproof outer skin ideal for those wet warmer months. However, giving the wearer the option to layer up underneath during the colder months.
The Vass-Tex 230 waterproof coating ‘Does Not’ need reproofing like many garments on the market thanks to its ‘Vass Permanent Waterproof Fabric Coating Technology’.
